According to the '58 shop manual, 3100 and 3200 models could be had with 7-17.5 6-ply tires for a gvw of 5000lbs. These had 8-leaf rear springs. A note says "GVW rating is increased by 600 pounds for Four Wheel Drive models".

I'm sure these would have been 6 lug wheels.

7-17.5 6-ply is also listed for 3600 and 3800 models. These would be the 8 lug ones.
