Unless you are driving sustained high speeds, you probably don't have to worry about your valves. I've been running my 1966 250 for 11 years on regular unleaded, and have not had any valve problems yet.
Some people use Marvel Mystery Oil in their fuel tank as a upper cylinder lubricant. I'm sure that you will get more replies on this topic.
