I'd agree with Fumblin'-sounds like you want us to talk you in to keeping it.
Add my name to the "keep it" side of the poll.
Of course, if dire financial woes force the sale, then sell it. If you're just a little burned out, why not just put down the tools and walk away for awhile? Sometimes a bit of distance can lend perspective and certainly re-energizing can be a good thing, too.
