You are hearing from one of the worlds worst record keepers but I'll pass it on just as I have it. Labeled "Vent Window Eliminater Kit" I have two #'s--Hagan (Carson City, Nv) 775-885-1969 and Hardy 817-228-8824. Hope this helps and if you end up using one from either source let the rest of us know how satisfactory it is.
