Your best bet is a electric pusher fan.
Most of the electric Hayden fans will push or pull depending on how you wire them. put it in front on the condencer and there should be no problems. I have done this to several trucks and SUVs in the Dallas area.
for wiring it get a generic 4wire relay. Tap into the compressor power wire to run the relay, run a fused hot to a power source to the relay for the fan. This way it only runs with the compressor on.
