I hate to mention the F word, but I found something very interesting other day while sight seeing in the local wrecking yard. All the mid-full size, 85-90 F*** cars were missing their elec fans. The only ones I could find had collision damage. Someone had collected all the good ones from at least 45 cars. The fan is about 15" square with a nice clean molded shroud and at most 2 1/2" thick. They have about 8 thin curved blades. They look like turbo blades. If I ever go with electric, this is the first one I will check out. I'm not sure on the years because normally I try to not look at F*** so that I don't ruin my supper.
