State Farm will do a stated amount policy in some states, when I lived in Arizona, Washington State I had daily drivers that I insured that way, however in South Carolina they had restrictions as smittyschevy mentioned, now that I am North Carolina I again have stated amount on my daily driver thru State Farm, check with your local agent and see what they have.
