Good question. I've even asked the tool expert for the Vintage Chevrolet Club of America and he does not know. The general consensus is that it was a screw type jack. I've seen a few pictures of jacks people thought came with their trucks, but, nothing positive. Maybe, Chevy used different vendors for jacks like some of the tools.
