These photos have been posted by others over the years. I have no first-hand knowledge of what the truck jack looked like. Supposedly, there were different jacks over the years and the truck jacks (or, at least their handles) were supposedly different from car jacks for some if not all years.

In 1954, different size trucks came with different sized jacks (1/2 and 3/4 ton were the same; 4000 and larger were the same). The raised and lowered heights of the jacks were different (4 sizes, if you count the 1500 Sedan Delivery).
