hamon: Spray pentrating oil on both sides, talk to yourself for a little bit. Then loosen the nut to almost the end of bolt. Then smack the living H out of the nut! Talk a little more to yourself smack it again. When nut is up against spindle (it has moved by now) take nut off. Take punch and drive bolt out. If it hasn't bent or messed up threads, clean bolt, clean threads, and re-install when ready.
If bad replace imediately, yes you can get them.
