| | | | Joined: Jan 2005 Posts: 48 Junior Member | | Junior Member Joined: Jan 2005 Posts: 48 | Another dumb question please - when did the C10 go from hydraulic clutch to cable? My '64 isn't hydraulic so I guess it was a year or two earlier?
Also, my clutch release/thrust bearing is grumbling a little (goes quiet when the pedal is dipped) -in reality am I likely to get thousands more miles or should I be concerned? Can it be changed by dropping the gearbox out from underneath or is it easier to pull the engine?
