Just finished mine last night. First you have to pull the eight bolts in the center of the drum and remove the axleshaft from the drum. Then find the lock tab that's holding the outer locknut from turning. Take a punch and bend the tab away from the nut and remove the nut. Then remove the locking tag ring and remove the inner nut. The drum is now unattached from the rear diff but may still hang up on the shoes coming off. If it doesn't come off easily, give the drum some light raps of a BFH to break things loose.
