While you're waiting on them, have you checked out the rest of the web site? Use the menu bar at the top of the page and check out the tech tips and features pages (among the rest). We have some stuff in there you might find useful (like how to start a restoration -- although you're pretty well along, there still might be some stuff you can use in there).
And you're off on the right track by asking questions. We might not have the answers, but we can be entertaining
... at times...
