I finally got my one ton running on the new home made gas tank. It runs fine. Made the tank out of a water pressure tank. I am now trying to get the brake lines loose from the master cylinder so I can rebuild it. While I was working on the gas problem I discovered a bad leak in the brakes. Using lots of PB Blaster and being patient. Got one line loose yesterday. I dont want to twist the fitting off.I am 65 years old so I worked on a lot of this stuff when I was a kid. Fifty years of rust takes time. Trucks and men both.
