Picked up the steel to build my rear shock mounts and had a couple of questions.
How much inward angle is optimal when mounting the shock? Newer trucks have the top of the shock angled toward the center of the vehicle. What are the benefits of this? More importantly what are the consequences of reducing this angle by half (to 10deg or so) or removing it altogether (vertical)?
