The best prices that I've found for powder coating, if you stay with black, is San Juan Powder Coating in Hollister, Ca. He said he would have done my whole frame for $300. That was about a year ago. Not every place has an oven large enough to do a frame, so check around. I would get every part that is going to be black and have it done. His phone # is 831-630-1254. Not the easiest place to find.
