First of all this aint no hot rod. Have you ever tried to go 25 mph? This was no quiet, residential area either. This is a popular road that everyone and their brother uses to get from one end of town to another.
After giving me a $75 ticket he proceeded to compliment me on the car but tell me to slow down especially in an old car that doesnt have modern safety equipment.
Its ball busting like that that makes people remember the bad stuff cops do and forget the good.
