I put my Eleanor on eBay and it sold in under six hours (buy-it-now). I think I ripped myself off by capping the bid.
Who knows how much higher it would have gone.
The guy wired me the money and it's been over a month and the car is still in my garage.
I'm sad when I think about it --- but happy I got paid -- but the car reminds me I sold her every time I walk by.
Ugh.
The profit off that car is helping me finish the 1950 Chevy though -- so that's one good thing.
