The 64 came with the 230. It should have a spin-on oil filter at the right front. 235 had an add-on filter. Stock rear gearing was 3.73 with the 3 speed.
There should be a casting number on the right side of the engine. On a 230 I think it's just benind the center, raised letters in the side of the block. six or seven digits. If you go to
www.inliners.org you can look in the casting lists to determine which block y'all have.
