3100.....When i first got my panel it too looked like a bad stenciling job,,just as Greg_H described. Its since been painted over and i think thats how its gonna stay until i find a pinstriper guy that'll do it up right for me.
As far as i know,,,theres no decals or stick-on letters for those.
