Started putting in new felt and rubber seals in the side windows today. Started but not finished. Among other items that slowed me down, the ventilator (wind wing) glass came loose in the frame while removing the wind wing. I slid it back into place after I got everything out, but while it feels pretty solid, I definitely want to reinstall it in the channel properly. What is the material that you apply to the glass before placing it in a clean channel? Any ideas on where to get it. I'm going to check a local glass store/installer tomorrow, but suggestions on installing the glass back in the frame and what materials I will need will be appreciated.
On a side note, once I get the driver's side door done I should know what not to do when I tackle the passengers side door.
