HELP, I just opened it up & I dont know where the bottm bearing is, I have the turn signal & the 2 sheet metal "cups" completly off & I cannot see a bearing in there. How far down is it? I unscrewed a bolt with a screw head out of the bottom of the column & it released a sheetmetal sleeve with a white plastic sleeve, could this be where the bearing should be? It looks like someone has been in here before because of electrical tape. Any help? Thanks!
