Hi Anthony,
The original interior color is called "fawn", there is 2 different shades of fawn. The first color of fawn is for the '60-'62, and the'63-'66 trucks fanw is a another shade. One is a little lighter than the other, I can't remember which one is lighter or darker. :o
I do know a guy off of another board I visit, and he had bought the rattle can fawn color, and he redid the firewall on his '66, and it looks awesome!! He's over on Chevy Talk forum in the '60-'66 trucks page, he goes by the handle "Hilandr451".
There's another guy their too that redid the whole interior the same color on his '65, I believe his handle is "Chevrolet65".
