They're in great shape except for the fact that they don't move smoothly or allow for the full range of motion. I'd like to disassemble, clean and lubericate them but don't see how. The Chevrolet shop manual talks about removing the entire assemblies but that's as far as it goes. Is there any way to separate the upper and lower channels? | | |
