Checking voltage at one tail light showed something around 5.9 v to 6 point whatever on one of the little buttons when the tail lights are on.

The other one showed zero volts with the brake light pressed and tail lights on.

So, it seems like the bulbs are okay but I'm getting no juice on the brake light circuit to the tail lights
