Joerg, Someone must have installed the key lock in the driver's door. They didn't come from the factory that way. But unless the latch mechanism is modified, it won't do anything. If there's a link between the key and the latch, you'd have to remove the key lock to get the latch out. If you're feeling ambitious, you could modify the door latch like Walter did
HERE.You may be right that someone use adhesive on the window channel. You may have to roll the window down and get the channel loose from the top. If you remove the inside window trim, that should give you access to slip a putty knife in between the channel and the door to loosen it up enough to get the lower guide out.
BTW, the only issue with your photo posting was that you used the IMG tags. If you see that your photo doesn't display in your posts and there are [IMG} photo location [/IMG} tags showing up, just delete them as long as there's a file shown in the Attachment Manager below in the full edit screen.
