I'm not seeing an issue with the bearings or races, but that's just from the photos. I'd have to see them in person to really tell for sure.
One of the races on the pic with bearing with black casing looked worn, unless that's not wear and supposed to be that way.
Not trying to argue at all, just a visual difference I saw in parts that led me to conclusion.
