You can replace just the drum and retain the hub, but you'd have to drive out the wheel studs and install new ones.The rear drums are the same as the fronts ACDELCO 18B407 for under $50 each at RockAuto.
Also a good source for wheel cylinders and hoses. Like Dan said, recommend that everything having to do with brakes be replaced.
