Todd - Here's another "thinking outside the box" idea that might help you get that bugger back out.
Maybe this
Tube split collar clamp with a 1.740 ID could be clamped around the exposed section of the Okie below the forward bushing ridge and used as a larger driving and/or pulling surface than the tiny lip you have presently?
