Your brake light switch should be under the floorboard where the brake pedal can actuate it. What you need to do is take the output wire off of that switch (the one that runs to the brake lights) and run it to the one labeled Brake Switch on the turn signal switch. You'll also need to run an additional wire from the Turn Signal Switch to the brake lights, breaking the connection between the right and left bulbs.
