Great, thanks for the advice. Truck idles fine and is all good except when flooring the foot feet. Previously I thought it was just a plugged filter which I now know that I don’t have a filter which I want to add. The only time I would put pedal to the floor was when going up a hill. So today I floored on level section of the highway probably going about 35 mph according to my phone gps, also did it at slower speeds just to see if I could create same issue. Same thing happened! So I will put the thread sealer on and see if I can stop the fuel leak by fuel pump fittings and cap off the vacuum line coming from carb and see what happens and get back to the thread. I’m sure my carb is leaking which would be another culprit if other leaks are stopped. I’ve read elsewhere that it may be the accelerator pump or even be fuel pump needing a rebuild. I’ll try the easy stuff first.
