Thanks. It is cork. Fortunately my local auto store can get one in a day and no shipping. The old one was leaking a small amt before I took it apart but I’m taking your advice from others posts and send pump to Then and Now for a redo this winter if this don’t fix the bogging. Not sure if it will but a fresh rebuild will b good. I’m sure the inside diaphragm is very old.
