I used threaded tube inserts from Sky's Offroad Design
Build Your Own Steering Kit - SKY-BYOSK-001 that were welded into a DOM steel tube and Sky's GM style tie rod ends. The pitman arm and steering spindle were machined to match the tie rod end angles (pitman arm taper reversed so rod end was mounted inside). I have access to a great machinist that helped with this and a few other aspects of my project.
