Gdads51, fwiw, I’ve REALLY enjoyed this back and forth between Tronman and Barnfind. I’ve been on the SBC/LS fence for a long time….I love reading about this stuff. I’m an “old guy” still running a SBC 327 (w GM TBI!) in my ‘48. It’s all dialed in so why should I change? If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Both of you guys make a lot of sense and I can’t be critical of the logic from either camp. If I do, however, build something new, it would be a no brainer to go LS. Thanks guys, keep up the good work!
