Throttle linkage? Exhaust? Engine mounts? Transmission bellhousing/flywheel/clutch? If automatic, then shifter controls? How about the vastly upgraded fuel system necessary to feed a modern fuel injected power plant? Engine gauges? PCM tuning to account for vastly different new operating environment, VATS delete, etc.?
The end result will be great. Not denying that at all. Just saying, get ready to put in the work-because "fuel pressure and some wires" is truly the tip of the iceberg.
