Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Apr 2016 Posts: 1,040 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Apr 2016 Posts: 1,040 | I currently have a shortened water pump, but it's making some noise when cold, but is quiet once warmed up, (it's almost 20 years old). I can reuse the after market pulley, but I'm concerned about pressing through the bearing inside the pump when pressing the on the hub. Doesn't the pump need to be disassembled first? Make sure you support the bottom of the shaft when pressing. It's easier than you would think.
Old enough to know better, too young to resist.
