Here are the tools I used to make the 3/16" stainless nitrous hard lines for my blower. 37 degree flare. The way it came from Holley they stuck out way to far. Clearly designed for a V-8. This hangs off the passenger side of my 292 so it didn't work for me. This was my first attempt at making hard lines and it was easier than I thought it would be. I drew them out full size on a piece of paper. I made one bend and layed it onto the paper and marked the next bend. A roll of stainless I think 32 feet long was about $40. One roll would have done it but I messed up a couple of times around the carb linkage and had to buy another roll. I still have my brakes to do. To buy the 16 lines pre flared on one end would have been over $250. The end at the distribution block is a compression fitting. I didn't like the way the distribution block just kind of hung out in the air so I made a mount for it. I also made little spacer blocks to keep the lines evenly spaced. It seemed intimidating at first. How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time. I started with the easy ones and by the time I got to the hard ones I was getting the hang of it.
