45 years ago I had an original one...and I still have the pieces of it, actually. I used that as a guide and went from there. However back then I could buy 4 feet by 8 feet sheets of cowlboard for $7.50 each so I could afford to make some mistakes. The original was in pretty rough condition but it gave me enough of a guide for a good start. At this point it is really in rough shape. I still have the one I made all those years ago, however. If I have enough kraft paper I could trace it for a guide. I just held it flat on the cowlboad I had made and traced around it allowing a bit extra on the sides (in case I needed it).
