JW51, I bought a headliner from Jim Carter and didn't have issues with installing it. It fit fairly well, except that I had a leak (now sealed) at the top center of the windshield and the headliner pulled away from under the inside windshield trim. I was able to loosen the trim and get it back into place, and it looks OK. It took my wife and myself about an hour to install the headliner.
