Looking for wiring help on which way to wire through the AMP gauge:
#1 - Wiring from the battery to starter, wire from starter to AMP gauge, through AMP gauge to ignition switch, through switch to ballast then to + on coil. Which side +/- should the wire from the starter connect to the AMP gauge? Or does it matter?
#2 - My wiring harness has a red wire from the alternator to AMP gauge. Does it matter which side +/-?
Is there a "Rule of Thumb" when wiring through the AMP gauge?
These are the two things I'd like to accomplish tomorrow. Thanks for any help.
