Send the cam to Schneider Racing Cams in California. Yea, I know, they are a racing cam place but they will do a stock grind and they have decades of experience with our inline motors.

Send the lifters to Rocker Arms Unlimited, also in California. They can regrind the lifters for your nice reground cam. They can also rebuild your rocker arm assembly. One of the few, if not the only place, that can rebuild the rockers.

When you have the head redone, consider having the stock guides drilled and lined with a bronze liner, and then have the tops of the guides cut for Teflon seals and forget the crappy rubber O ring seals. Those things fall apart about 10 minutes after you start using them. The stems need a little lubrication and so between the bronze liners and properly clearanced valve stems with the PC style Teflon seals you ought to be in pretty good shape with oil control through the valve guides and valve stems.
