You would think by now the folks that host this event would back it up a few weeks. The early weeks in September are always better than the end of the month. More often than not the end of September here in VA is full of rain, tropical events, threats of hurricane's moving up the coast ect ect ect. Hope it clears out but for down here full rain for the weekend.
