That does not seem abnormally hot. Both fuel pumps bad?
A fuel pump would just die and not work sometimes when HOT??
With all he has changed I`d suspect something moving in front of the pickup tube in the tank.
But that does not explain why it dies when hot. I`d almost try running fuel out of a separate clean container
and do the same test.
