Well, things happened at different times. First, the battery tested bad, so I bought a new one. A week later, it went dead again. Summit Racing sent me a new alternator on warranty. I didn't know about checking the voltage at the battery to see if I'm getting 14 volts, now I do, and I only get 12.64 when the motor is running. I didn't notice the burnt wires until after I did everything else.
