The cam fits my lathe and I have a steady rest and a couple of tool post grinders- - - - -the block doesn't! I'd have to custom make a bunch of accessories for my line bore machine to enlarge the cam bores in the block. Also, I'm not sure the 216 has enough material in the block to do that.
