my '31 came with 4 16" solid steel rims that i'm trying to identify. the man that sold me the truck told me that they're from a late 40's pickup. any ideas as to what thier width would be? i did some crude measurements (difficult with the tire still attached), and i think they're 5.5" wide, but i'd like to confirm that. they have 6.50x16 tires mounted on them. if they have 6.50x16 tires now, would it be possible to mount 7.00x16 on the rer and 5.50x16 on the front?
