I thought Craftsman screwdrivers were mostly Pratt Reed. I know that some of their table saws are made by Rexon which also makes the Tradesman line for Lowes. Ryobi, B&D and Ingersol Rand also makes some of their hand held power tools. Craftsman wrenches I thought were from Danaher.
Proto and MAC are now owned by Stanley and both are still available as seperate lines of tools. Links to each are located at the Stanley website. Stanley markets MAC as a mechanics line and pushes Proto as an industrial line.
