I have bought tools from Harbor freight but will no more. The good thing is when they break on first use they'll refund my money. The bad is it's a 100 mile round trip to do it. Then I have to go buy a good tool to do the job. Now I buy the good tool first. I have never in my life said, "darn, I wish I had bought the cheaper tool." But there were plenty times I wished I had sprung for the better one.
