Waste oil heater. It turns a liability into an asset. Gas prices are kind of high right now and waste oil is free. Two years ago, my inlaws were spending $300 a month to heat their house to 65 degrees with natural gas, and $0 a month to keep their shop at 80 degrees. However, you do need a steady supply of used oil during the winter.
