That should be a standard NPT x compression ferrule fitting for 5/16 OD tubing. Available at about any hardware store or plumbing shop.
How does the compression thread seal? Those are a straight(non-tapered) thread that would require something more to seal the joint. Or am I missing something in this application, is there a section of 5/16 tube between the filter and carb?
